Oscar is our Operations Manager with more than six years of experience across the banking and financial services industry. Most recently he served as an onboarding specialist with our broker-dealer Kestra before joining Cornerstone directly. Throughout his career he has built a reputation for efficiency and improving procedures while delivering an exceptional client experience. He has a strong background in operations management, client service, and collaboration with a full range of back office and processing departments.
Oscar is passionate about problem solving, building strong relationships, and empowering teams to perform at their highest level. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement, he approaches every challenge with professionalism and accountability while prioritizing client service as his primary goal.
Outside of work, Oscar enjoys distance running and training for marathons where he applies the same discipline, resilience, and goal-oriented mindset that have contributed to his professional success.
